
Online Coaching Overview
Our bespoke online coaching programmes are suitable for everyone, from the seasoned gym goer needing that extra push, to the relative gym newbie needing some guidance as they embark on their fitness journey.
We provide education and support to help improve your Mindset, nutrition, exercise, and sleep as well as helping you manage external factors such as social events and family commitments to ensure you stay on track with your goals.
Before coaching begins, we will go through a full consultation process to assess your goals and gather information about your lifestyle and current training routines.
Once we have been through the consultation process and you decide to work with us, we will create a personalised training programme for you which you will have access to through the BEE FIT COACHING app.
Through the app you can you can track your progress, add photos/measurements schedule your training days as well as many other cool features.

Available Plans
12 Week Transformation
Suitable if you have a holiday or wedding coming up or if you are wanting to get in the shape of your life for a photoshoot!
6 Months Coaching
On this plan, you commit to working with us for an initial 6 month period. If you decide you wish to continue after 6 months we will move you onto a rolling monthly plan with the option to cancel anytime.
12 Months Coaching
On this plan, you commit to working with us for an initial 12 month period. If you decide you wish to continue after 12 months we will move you onto a rolling monthly plan with the option to cancel anytime.
